In fact now a days most suitable photographers use tripod which can be linked to camera along with the rc clicker so there is no interference from any motion.  The moment your intending to create a image stop shifting and take your picture if you are not inhaling or out.  It would make you more stable with all the camera if you might spread the legs fully first.
